Response24 is a crisis management company dedicated to the provision of security management consultancy on a worldwide basis across a broad range of risk management disciplines — including Product Contamination & Recall, Kidnap & Ransom, Political Violence, Terrorism, and Active Assailant response.
The Response24 management team has decades of experience helping clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from critical incidents worldwide. Since our founding team began building crisis response programmes for Lloyd's underwriters in 1990, we have been retained by a number of major insurers in the Lloyd's of London market, as well as working directly with multinationals and SMEs.
Response24 was formally established in 2012, bringing together that accumulated expertise under a single independent specialist firm. We are not a large multinational. We are a focused team with deep specialism across every line we cover, a named global partner network, and our own proprietary technology — Connect — built specifically for crisis response.
